Primary Care Physician Central TennesseeLocation :
Central Tennessee, near lakes and with convenient Nashville Airport access.
Practice Type :
Predominant outpatient primary care with optional inpatient opportunity.
Group Size :
Committed team including LPN, Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and Administrator.
Structure :
Primary focus on outpatient care with the option for inpatient work for additional compensation.
Flexible schedule autonomy.
~ Schedule : 4-day workweek for work-life balance.
~ Patient Volume :
Approximately 20 patients per day in the outpatient setting.
~ Support Staff :
Advanced Practice Providers handle walk-ins.
~ Compensation :
~$325k base w/ 4 days per week (or 3-day work week)
~ wRVU bonus structure for additional earnings beyond the base salary.

AthenaHealth.
