Description

We are working with a highly regarded international law firm to recruit a Private Equity Associate to join their office in Miami.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a broad range of private equity sponsored financing transactions including traditional leveraged financings, term loan and revolver facilities, cash flow and asset based loan facilities, mezzanine credit facilities as well as a variety of financings for portfolio companies of their private equity clients.

Previous borrower-side experience is preferred but lender-side representation (especially with private credit lenders) is also desirable.
