    Required Skills and Qualifications
    Minimum of 1 year recent dermatology experience with demonstrated proficiency in clinical and procedural dermatology.
    Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.
    Current California medical license.
    Valid DEA registration.
    Proficiency with Epic EMR system.
    Ability to perform skin biopsies and manage complex cases requiring in-person evaluation.
    Experience managing pediatric dermatology patients (ages 13 and older).
    Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with support staff and patients.

    Nice to Have Skills
    Prior experience with teledermatology platforms and photo review case management.
    Ability to handle inpatient consultations if needed.
    Strong organizational skills for managing multiple cases efficiently.

    Preferred Education and Experience
    MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
    At least 1 year of recent dermatology practice post-residency.
    Familiarity with outpatient clinic operations and dermatologic procedures.

    Other Requirements
    Must be local to the Bay Area or Northern California to minimize travel and associated costs.
    Availability for shifts primarily on Thursdays (ideal), with flexibility for Wednesdays, Mondays mornings, and some afternoons.
    No Mohs surgery required, but experience with general dermatology procedures is essential.

    Contract duration:
    initial 6 months with possibility of extension.
    Weekly schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with some on-call potential.
    Optional remote video consults a few hours per week may be considered.
    Travel and licensing reimbursements will be provided when applicable.


    Hourly Pay Rate:
    $296.40
