    Physical Therapist, Outpatient

    Location: UCHealth PT Rehab Woodmen, US:CO: Colorado Springs

    Department: MHS Woodmen PT and Rehab Clin

    Work Schedule: Full Time, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

    Shift: Days

    Pay: $ $58.08 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

    This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.

    Minimum Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required. Preferred: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

    CO State licensure as a Physical Therapist.

    Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

    Physical Therapist:
    • Assess and Diagnose: Conduct Comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions.
    • Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Make a tangible difference as you create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques.
    • Educate and instruct Patients: Provide through education to patients and their families: empower them in their recovery process and promote long-term well-being.
