**Job Summary**

Energy Northwest seeks a highly skilled HR Business Systems Analyst to support the Human Resources department with the coordination and maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The successful candidate will have expertise in complex ERP/HRIS/HCM software, experience with data analysis, and excellent communication skills.

Serve as lead for HCM, HRIS or payroll projects, including software implementation, updates, data analysis, and other projects as assigned.
Maintain and design interfaces between software, hardware, and end users.
Consult and advise on best use of business systems and recommend enhancements.
Plan and execute interfaces between software capabilities and operational demands.
Determine necessary modifications to systems and procedures.
Ensure integrity and maintenance of data.
Assist with training for end users on HRIS and associated systems.
Support design, build, and test of tasks/activities associated with enhancements and upgrades to business process configurations.
Provide data analysis on business processes as needed.

The HR Business Systems Analyst will work closely with Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payout of incentive plans, merit processing, general wage increases, stipends, and other HR-related functions. Additionally, they will be responsible for ACA reporting, deliverables, and deadlines, providing effective HRIS/HCM support for various HR disciplines, and analyzing data to solve issues that arise during normal business and special projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and test required interfaces and customizations.
Work with HR, Payroll, and IS to troubleshoot production issues.
Provide HR and payroll system research, reports, and analysis as requested.
Responsible for complex and challenging reporting from HRIS.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, or related field, plus five years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, or Accounting, with at least two years of experience using complex ERP/HRIS/HCM software.
