Responsibilities

• Responsible for keeping the Oracle BI environment stable, secure, and fast, while supporting developers and business users.
• Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and maintain OBIEE metadata repositories (.rpd), including physical, business model, and presentation layers. Performance Tuning: Optimize OBIEE reports, dashboards, and SQL queries to enhance system efficiency.
• Requirements & Implementation: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications, dashboards, and advanced visualizations.
• Data Modeling: Create physical and logical data models (Star, Snowflake, normalization) to support analytics.
• Administration & Support: Manage Production/Non-Production environments, including configuration, backups, security, and troubleshooting.
• ETL Collaboration: Work with ETL developers to define and validate data mapping and conversion.
