Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team.

The ServiceNow Architect will be responsible for leading the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow solutions to meet the organizations business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices, along with strong technical expertise in ServiceNow architecture, configuration, and integration.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions, including platform customization, configuration, and integration with other systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define solution architectures, and translate business needs into technical designs.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams in implementing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and best practices.

Develop and maintain ServiceNow configuration management plans, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in ServiceNow platform capabilities, leveraging new features and technologies to enhance business processes.
Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of ServiceNow applications.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in ServiceNow architecture, development methodologies, and IT service management.


Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, and development.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications preferred.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, CMDB, and Service Portal.

Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide, and AngularJS.Experience with ServiceNow integration technologies, including REST and SOAP web services, MID Server, and ServiceNow Connector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes and frameworks.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including networking, servers, and databases.
Experience with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
