    Job Title: Day Porter

    Description:

    The Day Porter is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public areas within assigned buildings. This includes restocking supplies, cleaning restrooms, and performing various tasks as assigned by management.

    Responsibilities:

    • Clean and maintain buildings/facilities
    • Fully comply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards
    • Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
    • Perform various seasonal tasks such as sweeping walks, raking leaves, cutting grass, removing snow
    • Service, clean, and supply restrooms
    • Other related duties as required

    Requirements:

    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • No experience required, on-the-job training provided
    • No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
    • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Customer service experience and/or 1 year of similar work experience
