    CycleBar is the pioneer of Premium Indoor Cycling™ franchises, offering top-notch service, deluxe amenities, and a thrilling concert-like atmosphere to enhance your ride. We provide an all-encompassing, motivating, low-impact/high-intensity cycling journey suitable for individuals of all ages and body shapes.

    JOB TITLE: CycleBar Experience (Sales) Associate

    • We are searching for dynamic, enthusiastic, and sales-driven individuals who are passionate about fitness, community, and our brand.
    • We are a rapidly expanding Indoor Cycling Franchise seeking team members eager to progress with us.
    • The CycleBar Experience (Sales) Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering the CycleBar experience and boosting sales on a daily basis.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Deliver exceptional service to both new and existing riders.
    • Execute the sales and hospitality process for first-time rider experiences, follow-ups, and closures.
    • Maintain a satisfactory level of personal sales productivity.
    • Collaborate effectively with studio management and franchise owner(s).
    • Participate in various special events to promote the club and engage with the community.
    • Enhance selling skills and uphold brand standards and initiatives.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Essential sales, communication, and customer service skills are a must.
    • Display genuine hospitality and a love for interacting with people.
    • Driven by goals with a capacity to achieve sales in memberships and retail.
    • Proficiency in using software systems like MindBody, Club Ready, and Lead Spark.
    • Fluency in English and excellent communication skills in person, on the phone, and through email.
    • Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and possess strong computer skills.
    • Flexible availability for a non-conventional schedule, including holidays, early mornings, and weekends.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Capable and willing to move bikes, and conduct minor bike maintenance.
    • Readiness to clean CycleTheater, bathrooms, lobby, etc.
    • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs when necessary.
