What You'll Do
- Develop accurate, strategic industrial estimates that set projects up for success
- Calculate total expenses for materials, labor, and equipment.
- Participate in bid walks and visualize complex industrial installations
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications for heavy industrial projects
- Collaborate with project managers, field leaders, vendors, and subcontractors
- Track estimated vs. actual costs and support post-project reviews
- Identify risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value-engineering solutions
- Proficient with MS Excel and various estimating software.
- Support projects from business development and bid prep through handoff, closeout, and client review
Territory: Industrial clients within an 80-mile radius of Statesboro

Competitive Pay: $81, ,360 base + quarterly bonus

Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years of hands-on journeyman-level experience
- 2+ years of estimating experience in heavy industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of industrial systems & construction practices
- Paper or chemical industry experience is a plus
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
- Team player with ownership and pride in their work
- Ready to grow, lead, and make a lasting impact
