Now Hiring: Garden Center Team Member – Spring Into Action
Are you ready to blossom in a fun, fast-paced environment this spring? Join our team at Spikes and Houles in Maple Plain as we gear up for the vibrant season ahead We're looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who loves plants, enjoys working with people, and is ready to help bring the beauty of spring to life.
Location: Maple Plain, MN
Seasonal: March - October, weather dependent
What You'll Do:
Plant Care & Maintenance: Tend to our beautiful plants by watering, deadheading, and ensuring they thrive in our greenhouse.
Merchandising: Keep our Garden Center shed fresh and appealing by expertly organizing and displaying our plants, products, and seasonal treasures.
Customer Care: Share your love for gardening by helping customers pick the perfect plants and offering tips to help their gardens grow.
Cashiering: Provide excellent service at the register and help customers with their purchases with a smile
Who You Are:
A plant enthusiast with a passion for gardening (or eager to learn)
Energetic and ready to embrace the busy season with a positive attitude
Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in MN weather conditions
Flexible availability to work weekdays and weekends as needed
