    Responsibilities:

    Currently seeking a full-time HOA Covenants Coordinator to enforce governing documents, rules and guidelines for multiple Community Associations.

    Job Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Daily compliance tours of communities and commercial parcels, including Lake, Park and Golf Course tours
    • Maintain accurate records of homeowner files in TOPS and lot files
    • Provide positive communication with homeowners by telephone and email
    • Investigate and follow-up on complaints and concerns from homeowners
    • Write compliance related articles and attend quarterly Board meetings
    • Pluss other work related tasks as needed
    Qualifications:

    Job Requirements

    Education and Experience:

    • High School Diploma, or equivalent

    Abilities and Skills:

    • Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Able to multi-task
    • Must be dependable and punctual
    • Must have own vehicle, clean driving record and be detail oriented.
    • Background screening and pre-employment drug screening required.
    • Ability to utilize technology is mandatory.

    Pay and Benefits:

    $17.00 to $19.00, depending on education and experience.
