- Over 8 years of experience in the IT sector
- Proficient in various programming languages like C/C++, .NET, PHP, Java, among others
- Skilled in Agile scrum, Kanban, and waterfall methodologies
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, and MS Project plan
- Proficient in developing and overseeing project plans, scope, and schedules
- Able to lead and supervise offshore development teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Assigning tasks to offshore teams according to project milestones
- Monitoring team progress, providing guidance, and ensuring timely and quality deliverables
- Expertise in client management including requirement analysis, communication, and issue resolution
- Collaborating with client stakeholders to define project goals and scope
- Stay updated on the latest technology trends and propose innovative solutions to clients
- Address and resolve client issues and escalations
- Foster and maintain client relationships through regular progress meetings and feedback sessions
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure clear understanding of client requirements, oversee progress, and drive quality development
- Manage client expectations, work closely with QA teams, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality code
- Identify opportunities for account growth by suggesting project enhancements or expansions
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
- Experience in programming languages including .NET, Java, PHP, C/C++, etc.
- Previous experience in managing offshore development teams
