- Provide operations support for manufacturing of cellular ceramic products
- Provide day to day operational support with on-shift technical support and troubleshooting
- Monitor equipment and product performance and respond as necessary
- Support and provide technical guidance to multidisciplinary operations groups
- Perform and document preventative / predictive maintenance procedures
- Verification of metrology results consistent with historical values
- Management of calibration tools and equipment
- Support daily and monthly process audits
- Support and conduct MSA's and R&R's
- Off hour call in support per on call schedule
- Trouble shooting equipment problems with department Engineers and Technicians
- Maintain and develop process documentation for the metrology group
- Perform Analytical testing so support new equipment implementation
- Experience with graphical user interface and human machine interface.

Corning's Environmental Technologies segment manufactures ceramic substrates and filter products for emissions control in mobile and stationary applications around the world.
Scope of Position:
Serve as a Technician resource for process improvement, process monitoring at a manufacturing site. The primary role consists of on-shift technical support for the manufacturing process.
Perform 1st level process and equipment troubleshooting by providing technical support to the plant's various metrology systems to support the manufacturing of cellular ceramic products.
