**Responsibilities:**

The Duct Cleaner/IAQ Specialist is responsible for inspecting and ensuring residential duct work and IAQ products. Ensuring proper operation of products and making recommendations to customers and generating new business opportunities for the company.

Operate negative pressure system on residential equipment.

Inspect residential equipment for optimal performance and signs of wear.

Maintains tools and equipment supplied by the Company.

Documents work by completing paperwork on each job

Represents Company by serving as a direct customer contact.

Provides technical support to customers.

Regular travel requirements

Generate sales leads by recommending products/services to customer at home.

**Qualifications:**

High School graduate or its equivalent

Knowledge of Indoor Air Quality Systems

Experience Installing HVAC/IAQ systems a plus

Excellent customer service skills
