    Associate Account Manager-2 Country: United States of America Position Duties/Responsibilities: Relationship Management & Client Focus:

    • Work both with existing clients and with potential new clients in order to grow existing Assets

    Under Management and to establish new relationships.

    • Guide clients through the onboarding process and the Digital Wealth app/ebanking solution.
    • Analyze/Identify various investment opportunities in order to establish and maintain

    High Net Worth client relationships.

    • Offers investment products and services, include asset and risk management, banking, and credit.
    • Be very focused on client requirements and client satisfaction acting with urgency to solve all client escalations and issues and work collaboratively with various functional units to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
    • Proactive reach out to clients as needed to solve issues or dissatisfactions.
    • Manage emails on a daily basis reading and answering both, personal email and Digital Wealth email box.

    New Accounts & Processual operations:

    • Carry out the onboarding process with the client, verify that account opening documentation provided by the client is correct and complete and input all information required at the internal systems.
    • Update & Closing account, collect customer information, review and follow-up by using DocuSign.
    • Check daily account movements reports, identify, and cover overdrafts.
    • Follow up with clients to regularize any incident or pendency identified by the

    Back Office Team. Investments and value proposition

    • Extensive knowledge of the investment products offer and Digital Wealth value proposition.
    • Support the client through the investment model and any product commercialized in Digital Wealth.
    • Assist the client in the commercialization and contracting of the credit product.
    • Review information for new loans or loan renewals prepared by Credit Risk for Client's signature.

    Other duties as assigned or requested by immediate supervisor Qualifications:

    • Knowledge of modeling techniques and financial analysis
    • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    • Strong knowledge of Banking and Regulatory Documentation requirements.

    Working Conditions: Frequent Minimal physical effort such as sitting, standing and walking. Occasional moving and lifting equipment and furniture is required to support onsite and offsite meeting setup and teardown.
