Description
Job Summary:
The Senior Manager will collaborate with the CFO to achieve the company's financial and strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior management to maintain financial and operational oversight.
Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives related to corporate structure, management, and scaling.
Support financial close, planning, and forecasting processes.
Analyze key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and assess outcomes.
Review budgets and forecasts.
Assist with P&L reporting, membership or expense forecasts, product reporting, and balance sheet reporting.
Address and resolve problems, ensuring timely resolution.
Present financial reports to senior leadership.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in creating and managing corporate budgets.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, as well as budget creation and analysis tools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Thorough understanding of budgetary and accounting principles, practices, and policies.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance, with at least 5 years of experience; OR a relevant master's degree with five years of experience.
