    Our office is looking for an experienced, motivated Administrative/Office Assistant to support the company's day-to-day operations. The Office Assistant is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day office activities to ensure our high standards of client service are always met. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take on responsibilities in a fast paced and growing organization.

    Responsibilities for Office Manager

    • Support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
    • Track office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
    • Some bookkeeping, AR & AP, and payroll support
    • Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer and direct phone calls
    • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
    • Ensure office policies and procedures, and are implemented appropriately
    • Identify opportunities for process and office improvements, and recommend design of new systems
    • Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, doing research, and creating reports Qualifications for Office Coordinator
    • High School Diploma and 2+ years of work experience in an administrative role
    • Accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred
    • Must have exceptional attention to detail and be highly organized
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
    • Must be a self-starter and driven
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities
    • Must be proficient with use of Microsoft Office suits
