- 5 years of Information Technology experience, including customer service in an IT environment required.

Summary of Position
Virtual Desktop Infrastructure ( VDI ) Administrator maintains and provides technical support for a large-scale VDI deployment. The position is primarily responsible for providing maintenance and technical support for Central Texas College's virtual desktop environment. They will use knowledge and experience to create and change image software configurations, and increase adoption of VDI . Responsible for the third party software review and installation management.
Minimum Required Education
Associate's degree from a nationally or regionally accredited university is required.
