GSSI's specialized product portfolio This role provides advanced technical support creates application specific training programs conducts in-field engagements and contributes critical application feedback to enhance our Pavement and Transportation roadmaps
Responsibilities
- Collaboratively provide Tier 2/3 product support and troubleshooting for GSSI hardware and software with an emphasis on GSSI's pavement and transportation products
- Conduct lead customer training onboarding field implementation of GSSI products
- Contribute to application notes technical guides FAQs internal knowledge bases
