    Sunny Days is seeking a Full Time Part Time or Independent Contractor Physical Therapist for our Targeted Evaluation Team in Hudson County Benefits Competitive rates based on experience location and work status per year for full time employees70 78 per hour for part time employees90 96 per hour for independent contractorsSIGN ON BONUS UP TO 1000Full Benefits package available to Full Time EmployeesMedical Dental and Vision Benefits Available to Part Time EmployeesEligible for direct depositMay be eligible to earn NJ sick timePaid Admin time for part time employees travel timetraining timepaperworkprep timeMay be eligible to participate in Sunny Days 401k planPart time employees are covered under Sunny Days Workers Compensation and Professional Liability InsuranceCreate your own Schedule choosing where and when you want to provide servicesJob Responsibility Evaluation and assessment shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the federal Part C regulations NJEIS rules Approved NJEIS State Plan and these policies and proceduresEvaluations and assessments must be conducted by qualified practitioners trained to utilize appropriate methods and proceduresAdditional standardized and criterion referenced evaluation tools are administered when needed to clarify or augment information about the childs functional developmentAttendance at all IFSP meetingsDemonstrate completion of the state mandated training of evaluation requirements fidelity trainings IFSP training Procedural Safeguards modules and license renewals certificationsPerform other duties as assignedrequiredExperienceQualifications Candidates that meet the standards for any professional level EI personnel positionMaintains current Physical Therapist licensure as required by Professional licensing boardMinimum of 400 hours field experience in Early InterventionPrior evaluationassessment skills using standardized tools requiredSolid knowledge of the basic elements of Evaluation skill criteria administration of required items concepts of basal ceiling and raw scores and the relationship between these findings and child developmentAbility to use kit manipulatives as required by the toolMust be able to travelSkills Basic computer literacyGood verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to function independentlyAbility to multitaskSunny Days is an Equal Opportunity Employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex gender gender identity sexual orientation marital status national origin disability age or covered veteran status INDNJS
