- Full-time (minimum 32 hours, including overnights and weekends)
- Overnight experience preferred
- Shifts: 7 PM - 7 AM Pacific Time
- Treat patients through telehealth visits, including triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups
- Engage in continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and other training opportunities
- Collaborate with both virtual and in-office teammates through daily huddles
- Utilize your clinical training to provide exceptional virtual care
- Completed an accredited Physician Assistant program with national certification
- Current licensure in CA, NY, or DC, with the ability to obtain additional state licenses as needed
- At least 4 years of experience in an outpatient primary care or urgent care setting
- Ability to work overnight shifts and flexible weekday/weekend availability
- Excellent clinical and communication skills

This is a full-time virtual role, and for West Coast openings, residing in the Pacific Time Zone or Hawaii Standard Time is preferred.
Compensation
One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base hourly range for this role is $73.70 to $81.90, based on a full-time schedule, plus weekend and holiday differentials. Starting pay may vary based on experience, location, and patient care schedule.
