Responsibilities
- Leads and drives risk metrics for the bank Creates maintains enhances reports to key stakeholders Owns advances one or more ERM processes or programs Creates project business plans to drive bank initiatives Utilizes data information aid in risk-based decision-making Sources cleans data Determines business rules preparing data consumed formal informal processes Queries aggregates manipulates large datasets various analyses Transforms information key business insights Designs department/system processes Risk Management efficient comply regulatory standards Identifies areas improvement needed leads change implementation Adheres best practices modeling model risk management parameterize calibrate forecasting models perform ongoing monitoring assumptions develop update documentation Provides technical business subject matter expertise ad-hoc analysis standard bank Monitors data integrity model risk controls execution Identifies risks proactively solves problems addresses issues Creates packages presentations executive-level risk committees working groups Initiates leads discussions meetings Presents results recommendations senior-level management other key stakeholders
