Countertop Sander and Laborer

We are seeking a skilled Countertop Sander and Laborer to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be on sanding and finishing Solid Surface Acrylic and Corian countertops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sand and finish Solid Surface Acrylic and Corian countertops.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and utilize power and manual tools.
• Interpret and understand shop drawings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency with manufacturing equipment, power, and manual tools.
• Ability to lift and carry countertops and/or supplies weighing up to 75 pounds.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly Wage: $15.50, estimated based on title, job description, and location.

Benefits include:

• 9 paid holidays after 90 days of employment.
• 1 week + 3 sick days paid time off after 12 months; 2 weeks + 3 sick days after 24 months; 3 weeks + 3 sick days after 60 months.
