- Handle patent litigation matters from inception to resolution.
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to patent law.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Assist with discovery, including document review and preparation of discovery requests and responses.
- Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
- Experience in patent litigation.
- Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer science, computer engineering, materials science, physics, or an equivalent degree.
- Advanced degree or industry experience is a plus.
- Membership in the Patent Bar is preferred.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Membership in the Patent Bar preferred.
