- Oversee daily clubhouse operations to ensure a seamless, high-quality and welcoming member experience
- Play a hands-on role in the launch and ongoing success of the club's new dining room project.
- Lead, train, coach and develop clubhouse staff, including supervisors and department heads fostering a fun, accountable, service-oriented team culture
- Maintain service standards and ensure consistent execution across all clubhouse departments
- Handle member feedback, concerns, and service recovery with professionalism and discretion. xhmxlyz
- Collaborate and partner with the General Manager on budgeting, labor management, and operational planning
- Support and oversee food & beverage operations, private events, and club functions
- Ensure compliance with club policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
- Foster a positive workplace culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and hospitality excellence
- 3-5+ years of leadership experience in a private club, hospitality, or high-end service environment
- Strong food and beverage and clubhouse operations background
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills
- Financial understanding related to labor, service levels, and operational efficiency
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy, and service-driven Assistant General Manager / Clubhouse Manager to play a key leadership role during this exciting chapter. This position works closely with the General Manager/COO and serves as an integral member of the senior leadership team.
Forest Hills Country Club offers premier golf, dining, and social experiences supported by a robust calendar of club-sponsored events. These include holiday celebrations, themed dinners, family programming, golf and racquet events, live entertainment, wine dinners, pool and aquatics programming, and long-standing member traditions that define the Club's culture.
The Assistant General Manager / Clubhouse Manager is responsible for overseeing clubhouse operations, including food and beverage, member events, and pool/aquatic activities. This role is instrumental in ensuring seamless operations, exceptional hospitality, and consistent service standards across all member touchpoints. Through thoughtful leadership, operational excellence, and close collaboration with department heads, the AGM / Clubhouse Manager helps bring the Club's vision to life while fostering a welcoming, engaging, and high-quality member experience.
Position Summary
The Assistant General Manager / Clubhouse Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the clubhouse and supports the General Manager in delivering exceptional service, strong operational performance, and a positive, engaging club culture. This role will be heavily involved in clubhouse operations, food & beverage service, and the rollout of our newly enhanced dining experience.
