- Perform all aspects of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) assembly operations including, but not limited to, PCB/PCBA loading/unloading, component placement, reflow, inspection, assembly, rework etc.
- Read and interpret schematics, gerbers and engineering drawings/specifications
- Operate SMT solder paste printers, SPI, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, AOI, and all related equipment
- Perform in-process and product inspections
- Identify process and quality issues and take corrective action
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory of SMT components and assemblies
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Follow all safety policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling or crouching
- Lifting 50 lbs.
