- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or distribution industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office suite.
