As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting both their HR and Customer Service departments, ensuring the well-being of our workforce, and contributing to the company's continued success.

Focus:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and job offers.
• Coordinate new employee onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition and compliance with policies.
• Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and recognition programs.
• Conduct fair investigations into employee misconduct, following legal and company guidelines.
• Assist in developing and implementing performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.
• Provide guidance and support to managers on performance-related issues and development strategies.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with finance to administer accurate payroll and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and alignment with industry standards.

Skill Set:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree).
• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or distribution industry.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in HR software and the Microsoft Office suite.
