    WHO we're looking for:

    We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who will be responsible for focusing on the Custom Install (CI) and Distribution Channel. Activities include, but are not limited to Monthly Accruals, Forecast reporting, Shipping Reports, Pricing updates, etc.

    The Sales Operations team is part of the Sales Organization responsible for operational support to Sales teams and accounts, analytics and ongoing as well as ad hoc reporting.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Work cross-functionally across sales, product marketing, supply chain and finance, with the primary objective of enabling sales leadership to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic operating decisions.
    • Review and submit condition requests for all categories to ensure proper funding and processing of claims.
    • Consolidate annual and monthly targets for each sales team, and calculate the gap between the actual and the target.
    • Provide weekly updates on program and budget accruals so account managers have clarity in funds available for their customers.
    • Serve as expert resource on internal processes and procedures and ensure compliance in sales activities.

    Required Experience and Education:

    • Bachelor's Degree with 3+ years of directly related experience is required.
    • Prior operational experience in technology sales, business development and/or OEMs and Carrier sales.
    • Experience working with a business group understanding data and providing insight to trends.
    • Demonstrated experience with SAP BI, Tableau or Power BI or other integrated CRM tools.
    • Prior experience with consumer electronic products and existing relationships with key account preferred.

    • Be comfortable managing large data sets.
    • Must have critical thinking and problem resolution skills, and be able to work well under pressure, demonstrating a sense of urgency when driving for results.
    • Ability to understand business objectives and develop KPIs for measurement of success.
    • Technical excellence with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.

    Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
