- Full architectural design and documentation of multiple multifamily projects working under direction of licensed architect
- Occasional test fit yields of prospective sites for future projects
- Occasionally assist with project management on other projects being done by other architects
- Collaborate with VP to create foundational templates, detail library, and specifications and
- Collaborate with development team on project goals, design, cost, and schedule
- Review and analyze zoning requirements and project entitlements
- Procure consultant contracts and contractor bids and
- Formulate and review project budgets, schedules, and process invoices and weekly reports to development team
- Coordinate and manage required project consultants workflow, quality, and schedules
- Review and analyze construction plans and specifications to ensure they meet permit, regulatory, and quality standards
- Conduct regular on-site inspections of construction sites to ensure that works being done according to plans and specifications
- Identify and resolve quality issues and communicate them to the construction team
- Degree in architecture from an accredited university
- 5 years project management experience required
- Required proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Prefer proficiency in generating renderings from Revit models
- Familiar with current building codes and regulation requirements
- Comfortable and adept at collaborating with diverse stakeholders: Designers, engineers, construction managers, contractors, etc.
- Experience in detailing and execution of construction documents with minimal supervision
