Job summary
This telephone sales representative will make outbound fundraising calls to potential donors engaging in conversations soliciting pledges for client projects FLS is a performance-driven environment with daily goals for each project This is a work-from-home position requiring quiet distraction-free workspace computer USB headset web camera wired internet connection no Wi-Fi
Compensation includes paid training at $11 per hour base wage of $16 per hour after completing three weeks of training with bonus potential up to $20 per hour referral bonuses retention bonus of$500 available after seven weeks based on performance health insurance retirement matching dental vision life disability insurance
Responsibilities include making outbound fundraising calls following provided messaging utilizing call structure transition phrases responding appropriately meeting efficiency metrics occupancy ratio on-time shift adherence absenteeism customer service coaching counseling professional appearance behavior focus preparation data management additional duties assigned by Center Manager
