Based on time for credentialing Length: 6-12 months, must commit to minimum of 5 shifts per month Hours: 7am-6pm, 10am-8pm, 4pm-2am Details: Level II Trauma Center 41k annual volume 32 ED Beds 16 ICU Beds EMR used is Epic Daily Staffing model - 36 hours physician coverage and 27.5 hours NP/PA coverage Specialty services include peds, psych, neuro surg, OB, ENT, trauma Credentials: Active Ohio medical license, DEA, proof of ATLS obtained once.
