We are looking for a Senior Trademark & Marketing Paralegal to be the cornerstone of our global practice. This role involves managing complex projects and helping shape the legal operational framework for a global leader in AI.A senior paralegal will help drive projects from inception to completion, determine resource allocation and meet ambitious goals and schedules globally.
Responsibilities
- Strategic project leadership: Help drive projects from inception to completion.
- Evidence collection efforts for trademark and marketing matters.
- Preliminary reviews of marketing content and claims compliance with legal requirements.
