- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations
- Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies
- Provide services including but not limited to, assisting all guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments, check guests in and out of facility, provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clients
- Create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions, ensure professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees, manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa/salon software system
- Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
- Perform other job-related duties as requested
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
- Two (2) years of Spa Receptionist experience
- Experience in a similar luxury spa or salon setting
