    Description

    CATALANO is expanding its team and seeking Sales Representatives with excellent customer service skills for one of the top supplemental benefits companies in the nation, with a history of over 65 years. The company is broadening its presence in our regions and promptly requires committed Sales Representatives with ambitious objectives.



    About the Sales Representative's Role:
    As a Sales Representative, you will serve as the vital link between the company and its customers. You will have the opportunity to progress on a path to managerial roles within 60-90 days of joining. A comprehensive training scheme focused on internal advancement is in place to empower you to steer your career trajectory effectively from day one. We operate without cold-calling or client solicitation; our dedicated public relations unit is connected with more than 44,000 groups throughout North America, assisting them in obtaining supplementary benefits.

    • Basic understanding of computers
    • Strong work ethics
    • Outgoing and energetic with a positive demeanor
    • Accountability and willingness to be coached
    • Effective time management skills
    • Successful completion of a background check. No prior experience required as we provide comprehensive training to equip you for success
    • Benefits accessible after 90 days including weekly pay ($70,000 - $75,000 average for the 1st year), bonuses, health insurance reimbursement, life insurance, and retirement plan
