    What you do:
    Coordinates purchasing responsibilities for Maintenance and Engineering functions and reporting/tracking of purchasing activities.

    What you will be responsible for:

    • MRO (Maintenance, Repairs & Operating Supplies) and Capital Purchasing.
    • Manage blocked/parked invoices to ensure timely payment to vendors.
    • Facilitate contracts and maintain contract files.
    • Handle purchasing discrepancies with Suppliers and Requisitions.
    • Manages GR/IR Report and coordinate corrections for discrepancies.
    • Budget Tracking and Developing
    MRO and nonproportional for engineering and maintenance.

    • Maintains vendor files (competitive bidding documents, maintenance contracts, and special purchasing).
    • Update monthly conformance reports (PO after IR, over 20k, etc.)
    • Follow factory safety & environmental objectives & targets

    Who you are:

    • Associate degree in Business Administration or related field OR 5+ years of experience in lieu of a degree
    • 5+ years experience with purchasing, budgeting, and financial responsibilities.
    • Sources and carries out new vendor qualification activities
    • Negotiates with vendors to secure the best pricing, payments, and shipping terms.
    • SAP computer experience strongly preferred.
    • Must be able to read, write and understand English
