QUALIFICATIONS # Professional/Educational Graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy. License and registration with NBCOT#required. Basic computer knowledge. Certified by the American Heart Association in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). DCFS Mandated Reporter Certificate of Completion required. # Personal Evidence of good health, grooming and professional conduct. Desire and ability to cooperate with and/or under the direction of others. Possess a sense of responsibility, initiative and honesty. Appreciate of and desire to be a part of a health care team dedicated to providing patient optimal care.
