    What you will do-
    • Ensure procurement activity is completed accurately, timely, and is aligned to support the supply plan and inventory targets.
    • Monitor and drive MDI metrics to understand significant impacts to supported projects.
    • Ensure that KPIs are aligned with strategic objectives and are tracked, communicated, and corrective actions taken where necessary.
    • Manage Accelerate integration PTP team and process.
    • Actively manage key stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment of expectations and performance.
    • Foster a continuous improvement culture that delivers measurable results.
    • Track and drive progress of emerging issues and recovery measures, communicate risks and escalating appropriately.
    • Influence the organization across departments to drive standardization and simplification, and support initiatives in line with Purchasing strategy.
    • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including ISO13485/9001 and EU MDR, and support audits as necessary.
    • Support NPI, M&A, PT teams to facilitate the onboarding of new suppliers and new SKUs. Verify integration checklists and processes are followed. Identify risks, seek proper resources to mitigate and escalate as needed. Stabilize new supply chains to transfer to sustaining buyer.
    • Mentor/coach purchasing teams.
    • Support various system integrations including ERP upgrades. Identify the need for process creation to support changes and lead creation efforts.
    • Perform additional duties as assigned.
    What you need-
    • Bachelor's degree- required
    • 6+ years of supply chain management experience- required
    • SAP experience- highly preferred
    Travel Percentage: 10%
