- Troubleshoot, repair and install complex machinery using air, hydraulics, motors, bearings, etc.
- Ability to perform complex assembly of mechanical equipment including bearing clearances and tight tolerance fits
- Read and update mechanical, electrical and pneumatic schematics
- Electrical troubleshooting, repair and installation of complex motor controls, linear actuators and servo drives, fuses, and circuit breakers, etc.
- Perform diagnostics and problem solving for PLC component related issues and troubleshoot failures to ensure systems are operating as expected
- Diagnose and repair automated production equipment and components, including robotics
- Fabricate production equipment, fixtures, support frames, benches, shelving, etc.
- Schedule and perform preventative maintenance, follow procedures
- Repair and installation of pipes and plumbing that carry gas, water, air or misc. hydraulic oils
- Repair and installation of electrical wiring in facility for high & low voltage (includes computer & phone lines)
- Repair and improve facility buildings grounds and equipment
- Must be able to train on 1st shift for a minimum of 4 - 6 weeks (6:45a - 3:15p)
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent and 3-5 years of maintenance experience
- Preferred Two-year industrial maintenance degree or Technical Certificate
- High voltage electrical knowledge
- Forklift or scissor lift experience

About the Role:
The Senior Maintenance Mechanic role at our Advanced Technology Center in St. Louis, MO is a challenging opportunity for an individual interested in providing skilled general maintenance duties to include maintenance for machines, building and property. Leads and trains others on specific maintenance skills.
Hours: 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM (with some overtime on Saturdays)
