:CNC Router Operator
We are seeking a skilled CNC Router Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating Biesse CNC routers to produce high-quality cabinet components, MDF doors, and drawers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where precision and attention to detail are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate Biesse CNC routers to produce cabinet components, MDF doors, and drawers according to specifications
- Perform routine machine setup, including tool changes and calibration
- Monitor machine operation to ensure smooth production and adherence to quality standards
- Conduct quality control checks on finished products to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience operating CNC routers, preferably Biesse machines
- Knowledge of woodworking and cabinetry manufacturing processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of tool changes and machine maintenance
