    As a Senior Maintenance Technician (also known as Equipment Technician, Production Machine Operator), you'll be responsible for enforcing safety and manufacturing practices, leading operators, mechanics, and supervisors, and working directly with plant leadership. You will also be tasked with rapid identification of machine problems, partnering with other senior maintenance technicians, and using software systems to analyze and identify issues. Furthermore, you will lead overhaul efforts, transfer knowledge to team members, and create SOPs for troubleshooting machines.

    Qualifications
    • Minimum of 6 years of experience in a maintenance manufacturing environment, including managing people/projects.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic.
    • Skilled in the use of shop equipment such as hydraulic and mechanical presses, bench grinder, drill press, mill and lathe, and assorted power tools.
    • High School Diploma or GED required, Associate's Degree in a related field preferred.
