    Job DescriptionRole

    As a Maintenance Planner and Scheduler (also known as Maintenance Coordinator, Maintenance Supervisor), you'll evaluate work requests, develop job scopes, estimate labor hours, gather technical documentation, and maintain work order backlogs. You'll also conduct planning and scheduling meetings, create weekly technician schedules, and train site employees on the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

    Qualifications
    • Associate Degree in a technical field with 1-3 years of maintenance scheduling/planning experience or 5-10 years as a machine repair technician, or a combination of both.
    • Proficiency with computers, maintenance systems, and applications including Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
