- Follow company safety rules in accordance with OSHA regulations such as: Wearing PPE, safety shoes, safety glasses,
- Complete all tasks as required or assigned by the immediate supervisor and/or upper management.
- Cross train as directed and be willing to work at any production or shipping position in the plant.
- Ensure quality checks are done consistently.
- Ensure coil changes and machine changeovers are done as efficiently as possible while maintaining a safe
- Always maintain a clean work area.
- Verify each bundle tag is marked correctly for the customer order.
- Minimize the amount of waste.
- Responsible for keeping the coil storage area and roll-former area organized.
- Perform all duties required of the roll-forming system.
- Act professionally as a team player always.
- Provide accurate documentation of all work completed.
- Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiencies

The Opportunity:
Loading and unloading coil, manually adjusting machine settings, inputting parts into the computer, stacking parts, banding parts, and ensuring all parts are labeled correctly.
$12,000 Sign-on Bonus paid out over 2 years
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Education: High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): Required
Experience: 6+ months of experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Software Application and Technical Knowledge:
Other Requirements:
Will need to be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 70 pounds. Be able to read a tape measure,
protractor, digital caliper, and micrometer; be able to read decimal inches, do basic mathematical calculations;
and use a calculator.
