Friday – Monday 6:30am to 4:30pm

Autumn Harp is looking for an energetic and conscientious individual to help facilitate our custodial duties. The position will be responsible for maintaining the interior of our facility including our manufacturing area, break room, and restrooms. Other duties include waste water processes, clearing egress routes and special projects as assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

Performs general cleaning and sanitization duties of common areas, including but not limited to the break room, rest rooms, and hallway areas
Removes trash, recycling and compost waste to the proper receptacles
Responsible for waste water treatment area ensuring the process waste is being treated correctly
Maintains floors in manufacturing areas using a floor scrubber
Completes assigned work orders and preventive maintenance, as needed
Maintains outdoor egress routes during winter months
Assists with plumbing and painting projects

Requirements:

Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
Strong attention to detail
Willing to be a positive member of the team
Effective time management and organization skills
Must be able to perform the physical demands of the role, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to work with minimal supervisor
Plumbing experience a plus
