Position Overview
This position is responsible for supporting the smooth operation of engineering teams, preparing mission-critical equipment and materials, maintaining engineering laboratories, and promoting a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and inventory management skills, and a friendly, flexible work ethic aligned with customer requirements.
Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and exceptional inventory records and update databases regularly.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely restocking with procurement teams.
Process material and equipment requests and returns, ensuring accurate database logging and reconciliation.
Support controller and Pod build engineering requests.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely repair or replacement of equipment.
Support preventative maintenance and calibration of engineering equipment.
Coordinate logistics for equipment deployment and relocation.
Promote a safe working environment and ensure proper use of PPE.
Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety standards.
Required Skills and Competencies
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
Demonstrates expertise in arranging, maintaining, and optimizing physical workspaces, tools, and materials for maximum efficiency and accessibility.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Friendly and adaptable work ethic with a customer-focused mindset.
Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Ability to follow established procedures with minimal supervision.
Basic analytical and technical problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with engineering equipment (e.g., lab instruments, testing devices).
Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel) and technical documentation.
Workplace safety training and commitment to safety protocols.
Intermediate understanding of Android & iOS operating systems.
Ability to lift at least 40lbs.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma / GED and 1+ years' work experience.
Bloodborne pathogens training / familiarity.

Additional Information:
The position is 100% Onsite in our Acton Headquarters Location.
Travel is estimated at 10% but will flex depending on business needs.
NOTE: This position requires on-site working (requires on-site office/plant/lab work). #LI-Onsite
Additional Information:
Compensation & Benefits:For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $ $30.34
This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
