Handle customer inquiries and complaintsProvideinformation about the products and servicesTroubleshoot and resolveproduct issues and concernsDocument and updatecustomer records based oninteractionsDevelop and maintain a knowledgebase of the evolving products and servicesObtain primary financial data for accounting recordsCompute and record numerical dataCheck the accuracy of business transactions: charges and payments.

Perform data entry and administrative dutiesQuoting potentialcustomers and creating Sales Service agreements for new clienteleAssisting Dispatch by communicating with drivers for requested services from our customersQualifications:
