- Assist the Head Coach with daily practice planning, game decisions, and player feedback and evaluation.
- Perform video analysis and scouting of opponents.
- Assist and mentor student athletes with academic progress, course selection, campus involvement and social/community outreach, and other issues related to the college experience.
- Recruit quality student-athletes also with Military interest like Veterans, National Guard and Reserve both on campus and at various recruiting events throughout the year.
- Manage recruiting databases.
- Schedule recruit visits.
- Attend recruiting events and evaluate prospective student-athletes.
- Assist the Head Coach with coordinating and managing game day operations and administrative tasks.
- Plan team travel and meals.
- Participate in department meetings.
- Provide service to the Institution as assigned by the Director of Athletics or the Head Coach.
- Adhere to NAIA, conference, departmental, and university policies, procedures, and expectations.
