The EQUIVEST Retail Contribution Analyst is responsible for processing high volumes of contributions and rollovers into our EQUIVEST contracts, which includes the entry of transactions into our processing system.
With experience, this position also includes performing contribution research and analysis, submitting adjustments, and initiating refunds, and reaching out on cases that are not in good order.
The individual in this position will have daily telephone and written communication with individuals at all levels, including clients, Equitable Advisors, Financial Professionals, external vendors, and internal clients to resolve contribution discrepancies.
The individual in this position may work overtime as needed to meet processing deadlines.The base salary range for this position is $39,000 - $54,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location.
In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities.

College graduate or equivalent work experience
Customer service experience including telephone based customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to handle high volumes of work in a highly efficient, organized and detail-oriented manner
Ability to work harmoniously in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
Knowledge of company products, services, and IRS Regulations a plus
