Description
We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Manager who would be a key member of the site leadership team responsible for ensuring that the sites are safe, wholesome and comply with all applicable company, customer and regulatory requirements.
To be successful as a quality control manager, you should have in-depth knowledge of product safety, quality and continuous improvement via effective data analysis and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct leadership of the site operational QA employees
Assure that quality Guards are well trained in support of their career development paths and the company's growth plans
Manage and supervise Job site activities
Use effective negotiation skills to drive alignment and resolve conflict.
Provide coaching and constructive feedback
Collaborate with team and cross-functional partners
Evaluate data, assess and develop options
