- Act as a field-based medical liaison and expert supporting CSL Vifor's therapeutic areas and products
- Develop scientific relationships with external healthcare professionals, key decision makers, and internal stakeholders
- Provide up-to-date clinical and health economic information to various stakeholders
- Offer clinical, educational, and study support for investigator sites in collaboration with clinical operations teams
- Doctorate level degree in medical, scientific, biology, or chemistry OR equivalent master's level degree
- 4+ years of experience in MSL/RMAL/field medical roles
- 8+ years in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry within medical affairs, market access, and/or clinical trials
- Experience in nephrology, cardiovascular medicine, rare diseases, and clinical trial support

Job Title: Regional Medical Affairs Lead (RMAL)

Location and Travel:
This position entails up to 60% travel, including weekends, and requires a home-office in specific states near major airports (CO, KS, MO, NE, IA, MN, SD).
Salary:
The base salary range for this role is $185K - $220K depending on qualifications, expertise, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation includes sales incentives and potential equity.
